and diams; Translating a work related to the Islamic government from Arabic to Turkish was perhaps a work above my knowledge and experience. I started reading the work to myself without thinking about translating it because of my opposition to this subject. His Holiness and mdash, who promoted the essence of the holy position; God bless him, and he will not be able to do so. I saw it as beneficial to my disciples to bring this work, which collects its opinions and opinions, to Turkish.

and diams; The creation of Imad Abu Khanfe, who has been in the hearts of all Turks throughout history, and a detached work that gathered the opinions and opinions of a nation that admired him, was a loss. Although this work is not a direct feat, it is also possible to learn many provisions from here. In this latest edition, some new explanations are also put at the bottoms.

and diams; Considering the need for the knowledge of the people and the subjects of the fiqh; I used plain language in translation to encourage not only the educated faction, but also the wider public to fade from it.

and diams; Almost all of the fiqh kitâbs written to date have been written in heavy language. I accept that the language of fiqh cannot be descended to the level of the people, and I believe intheblessing of the people and their people. However, the works related to the fiqh; And I don't think it's appropriate for him to be so heavy-handed.

and diams; In order to simplify the works, it is necessary to simplify the performances outside the deeds, to explain the deeds in an understandable language. In translation, this path is ta'kib. In addition, the verses were briefly explained in parent brackets several times in the places they first used, and the reader was accustomed to this isti and taught ma'nâ to those who did not know.

and diams; In the translation, the text was completely adhered to and almost not left in a closed performance. In the places where the text needs to be opened a little more, the evil of the work, al-İhtiyâr,was placed in parent brackets in that place. Thus, the performances in parent brackets are taken from the evil of the work. But it's not worth saying, ka-narrow is few, only a few places have gone beyond that. It is also the ma'nâ, which is shown by the public performance of the text.

and diams; Every idea, every bowl and every substance was distinguished from the other, and so the sweat was materialized from top to bottom. For this, I have made a long call with fine attention. In some places, even the titles that were not in the text were put by me.

and diams; I have not come across the turkish translation of al-Muhtârand sherhi al-İhtiyâr. I came across the earliest copy of my al-İhhyâr at 2260 of the Suleymâniye Kütüphânesi Fâtih section. It was written in the writing of Nesih. By îsa b. Alî er-Rûmî, Dimashk (Sham) hijrî 705. This was written recently after Mavsilî's death. I saw the text of al-Muhtâr written in the history of 1110 hijrî with the writing of nesih as the newest copy. It was a nice copy. This copy is registered in Suleymâ-why Kütüphânesi Izmir section 175.

and diams; I may have fallen into some memories when translating and materializing the old text al-Muhtâr li'l-Fetvâ. When translating the work; The formation of a place far from the cultural centers and the presence of fa-dirt in the stump may have added to this.

I did this translation in those early years when I started teaching vocational courses at Canakkale / Biga / Imam-Hatip School, which was first published in 1973.

I will consider it the greatest gift for those who are friends to inform me of my memories with a letter. It is everyone's duty to inform and correct the memory. I would also like to ask our teacher aksay ilkl, who has undergone my translation, here.
