Hanefi Fiqhı-1446 with evidence

Hamd is only for Allah. Peace and peace be upon the messenger after him, to whom no prophet will be sent! It is the beginning of the Book of The House with its evidence.

God has encouraged them to have a mind about religious matters in this verse:"To obtain extensive knowledge in a group of religions in all parts of them, it is necessary to stay behind to warn them when they return from the war. It's hoped they'll avoid it. 'ⁿ The Prophet is against the slain.... And sellem encouraged him to have a mind about religious matters with this hadith: "God makes sure that whoever he desires to offend is a hypocrite in religious matters."

The scholars said, "It is imperative that every Muslim learns the knowledge that will rectification with their axle, worship, and worship." The way to fix them is through the fiqh. The Prophet's slain and sellem ashabas would ask each other about the co-ops they did not know. God said, "Ask those who know, if you do not know." ^{2 to 2}

Rumor has it that a grandmother came to Abu Bakr and asked for a share of the inheritance. Abu Bakr responded, "I cannot find any judgment about you in the Book of Allah, and I have not heard any judgment from the Prophet about it, so come back until you ask me about it or ask me about it!", then led the noon prayers and then said to the congregation, "Do you hear anything about the prophet's state of inheritance?" Mugîre b. Shu'be radiyallâhu anha stood up and said, "I testify that I witnessed the Prophet's reign against him and that the flooded grandmother would receive 1/6 share of the inheritance." [In another narrative, this last sentence reads: "Hz. Peygam-ber gave 1/6 share to the grandmother against sallallâhu and sellem."] So Abu Bakr asked, "Are there any other witnesses with you?" At that moment, Muhrmmed b. Mesleme said, "I witnessed the prophet's reign against the slain and sellem in this way, as Mugîre witnessed." Abu Bakr then ordered the grandmother to take a 1/6 share of the inheritance. In this way, they were learning from each other both against the prophet and sellem.

The first source of the fiqh is the Quran. The following verses are evidence of this: "This Qur'an is the truest way to communicate"^3; "Follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord." ^{4 to 4}

The second source of the fiqh is circumcision. The proof of this is this verse:"Take what the Prophet has given you, and beware of what We forbid you to do."⁵

The third source of the fiqh is icmâ. This hadith is proof of this: "My nation will not unite over any kind of debacle!"

The fourth source of the fiqh is comparative. And the proof of this is this verse: "O wise people! Make an example." ⁶ To make an example is to judge something according to the like.

When the Prophet sent The Prophet Al-Muâz to Yemen, he asked him, "What will you rule with?" He replied, "I will rule by the Book of Allah. If I do not find any judgement in it, I will rule by the circumcision of the Messenger of Allah against him. If I do not find a verdict in it, I will in my own opinion." Hz. Muâz did not mention icmâ here. Because there was no question of the Prophet's despicability and the destruction of the prophet. That is the evidence of the religion.

How much do the musculoskeletus today need a book of fiqh, which is not intricate with its evil evidence and whose subjects are widely covered!.. To meet this need, the valuable teacher Assad Mohammed b. Saîd es-Sâghibî made and copyrighted a large book with his evidence on the idea ^ of Imam Abu Hanife, as the authors of "Hidâye" and "Old Man" did.
